DESIGN ELEMENT
Identify the main elements of form in the order of their progression from a point to a line, a line to a plane, and a plane to a three-dimensional volume. In the lexicon of architectural design, each piece is first considered conceptually, and then visually.
Task
Select six distinct pictures of the interior space of a building and use only dots to identify each point on each image. After plotting the dots and connecting the points with lines to generate patterns, add descriptions to identify and officially analyze the patterns. Choose two patterns to build two mockup models of any size and scale. The model should construct by using regular and irregular geometrical shape and form only. After completing the mockup model, extract the element from the mockup model to develop in the final model.
REFLECTION
This is my first ITSD assignment, and I didn't manage to complete the description due to my poor time management. And also, I was blur so that I didn't develop an attractive and intriguing model. Therefore, I should improve my model design and plan my time management better to have a good outcome in the upcoming assignment.
